Acral junctional Spitz naevus.
ACRAL SPITZ NAEVUS is less uncommon than was previously thought. Many acral naevi show somewhat enlarged and poorly pigmented cells, thus resembling Spitz naevi to some extent, but some examples, such as this one, show the typical features of Spitz naevus, architecturally as well as cytologically.
