Papillomatous naevus with superficial necrosis
Physical damage, prolonged pressure (? brassiere) may have resulted result in ischemia and infarction of part of this exophytic soft naevus. 'Spontaneous' ulceration and necrosis in melanoma usually manifests itself in richly cellular ones, which, in vital areas, show the features of malignancy.
